Vehicle Service Tracker helps you maintain organized, searchable records for your vehicles and their service history. Track maintenance, repairs, mileage, costs, notes, and attachments in one place on your Mac.
Whether you maintain a single daily driver or several vehicles, Vehicle Service Tracker provides a structured way to record what was done, when it was performed, how much it cost, and how vehicle expenses change over time.
Service records support detailed notes, mileage tracking, service providers, photographed or scanned receipts and invoices, photos of vehicle condition or repairs, and PDF invoice attachments.
Search and reporting tools make it easy to review maintenance history, identify high-cost repairs, prepare records for resale, or track ownership costs across years of use.
Vehicle Service Tracker is designed around private, local-first record keeping. Your data remains under your control, with iCloud synchronization support, printable reports, and import/export tools for moving or archiving your records.
New: iPhone Duo Support
Vehicle Service Tracker now supports Apple's new iPhone Duo, with an interface designed to take advantage of its dual-screen display.
When the device is unfolded, Vehicle Service Tracker displays your vehicle list on one screen and the selected vehicle's service records on the other, making it easy to browse and manage your maintenance history.
When folded, the app automatically switches to its standard iPhone interface.
